I sleep on my side, or front.

Yeah, me too, mind normally racing with what needs doing the next day or so etc.

I am glad for now at least, I am getting lots of sleep for a change.  Smiley

I feel for you, it does take some time for the body to adjust.

Do your shift times change at all, or will it be that way for good? If for good, your body will adjust in a while. Otherwise, take care not to get ill, as does happen with some.

There are so many of us like that, hearing it more and more these days.
They say that strokes are more imminent through lack of sleep and heart attacks. What to do though, when sleep won't happen.  Sad

I have lots of weird dreams as opposed to nightmares, but I used to have night terrors. They lasted years on and off, but not really had any for a while. Not nice at all.

Once I'm asleep, I stay asleep until my alarm goes off, but sometimes that doesn't even wake me up D:

I usually sleep on my side, facing the window.
