first of all wanted to say hi im new here and hope to fit right in

im working on some new diet for myself and im looking for the right types of food
Hi Healthy guy.
Anything steamed/grilled or ovenbaked without oil, are the best ways for healthy foods.
Also, have boiled potatoes rather than in oil in the oven roasted, cook poached/scrambled eggs not fried, etc.
Have cottage cheese rather than normal hard cheeses.
Granary breads, rather than white, stodgy breads.
Just a few ideas above if any help?
