I definitely like reality television.

Too many favorites to list, but it all started with the original survivor.  I like real reality shows, not the ones that are heavily scripted.

here are some of my favorites from past and present:

cops
dog the bounty hunter
jail
inside american jail
fear factor
gene simmons family jewels
survivor
true life
american chopper
american casino
deadliest catch
miami ink
operation repo
the real housewives
ice road truckers
the crocodile hunter *RIP Sad
blind date
extreme dating
joe millionare
outback jack
my big fat obnoxious fiance
beauty and the geek
rock of love with bret michaels
flavor of love

I could keep going but I think you get the idea.  How about everyone else?

You certainly do like them just slightly, don't you?  Grin

I do to a point myself, but I used to be really bad and even record the live showings if I was going to be out. That was bad and I stopped that about the 3rd series of our Big Brother.

You just kind of get drawn into it and with so many channels just showing repeats of things all time, the reality programmes can be a  laugh and light relief from a hectic day I feel.  Smiley No harm in it I think.

true blood
I've read all the books about true blood seasons 1-2 dvd as they came out. I didn't want to watch the TV series because I thought it would ruin my vision of the people and places. But I got curious and found I was so wrong. The producers have stayed with the book plot lines. Everyone looks and acts almost exactly as I pictured. I have never seen this happen before. Oh, I will say Eric is not quite as beautiful as I pictured, but I didn't expect anyone could be. He's got the charisma though. Charlaine Harris writes well or I never would have read stories like hers. I'm a fan of her grave finder as well. Very good and well-written....and using a lot of misdirection: one minute you think it is going to go one way and then it does a sharp turn. true blood season 2is becoming far more complex and intriguing as all these characters and plots become intertwined.I heard that true blood season 2 dvd boxset is coming now. I will be so happy  to buy true blood season 2 on dvd to see what comes next. Excellent cast and talent...and superb writing and twist on the vampire myths.

the hills
To begin with, I would like to say that I started watchingthe hills on dvd.because it is like marathon to see the hills serieson channel. For anyone who was a fan of Laguna Beach, or fashion, or just likes to hear other people's lives and gossip, the hills seasons is definitely a must see series. The thing I liked most about the show, is that you don't have to watch it from the first episode to understand what is going on and the fact that the people featured are people who the viewers can relate to. So if you want a lazy day in or just want some new viewing material, definitely watch this The Hills Seasons 1-5 DVD Boxset. Last year, my friend gave me the hills season 5as a gift. I have watched it twice now. Lauren has the perfect life, I am very jealous. I would love to have her job, and the guys she meets are gorgeous! Then I can not help thinking tobuy the hills dvd, and now I am so happy that I have the hills dvdin hand now.
the simpsons season 1-20 dvd
supernatural season 1-4 dvd
without a trace season 7 dvd
mad man seasons 1-2 dvd boxset

MTV and VH1 have some decent reality shows, I think the ones on VH1 are better though...

We don't get any of those shown here as far as I am  aware, but have plenty of our own. They have taken over tv really because tv company owners, know they can make a mint from callers voting, so they don't bother to show decent serials/series'.   Roll Eyes
