It is called BOUT Evolution. It's a MMORPG. You make a robot. You start out as level 1, but when you fight other people or play co-op/sector mode, you earn EXP which causes you to level up. The maximum level is 110. This an example of a "bot" on the game. Also, for those of you who played BOTS!! by Acclaim games, it is the exact same thing. It has been rivived. See you in game!
